Wildlife Camera Workshop, 4th February 2017
Posted on 6th February 2017
On a bright cold winter morning 13 people turned up to learn more about getting the best from wildlife cameras and to help create new wildlife records. Participants ranged from beginners wanting to know more about wildlife in their garden to people with specialist interest in filming ring ouzels. After watching series of different videos and hearing the experiences of our wildlife camera expert Kenny there was a lively question and answers session before donning warm coats and going into Woodhill Meadow for some practical advice on where best and how to set up wildlife cameras. After a cup of hot tea, participants were encouraged to report any sightings they had and armed with Kenny’s top tips departed to try their luck with cameras.
